Terms

A starting point written for this template: have a lawyer read it against what your product actually does before you launch.

Who you are agreeing with

These terms are between you and LNDR UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Am Hainebuch 20, 32457 Porta-Westfalica, Germany. Using the service means you accept them.

Your account

One person per account, and you are responsible for what happens under yours. Keep the password to yourself and tell us at support@influjoy.com if you think someone else has it. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

What you may not do

• Break the law with it, or use it to harm someone.
• Resell access, or run it as a service for people without accounts.
• Work around the limits of your plan, whether by script, by many accounts, or otherwise.
• Attack the service, or the people using it.

Your content

What you create stays yours. You give us the licence needed to store it, back it up and show it back to you, and to nothing else. We do not train models on it.

Paying

A paid plan renews for the period you chose until you cancel. Prices are shown before you buy and charged in advance. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves you on the paid plan until the period you have already paid for runs out. A trial that ends without cancellation becomes a paid period.

Ending it

You can close your account at any time from the account screen. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we tell you why unless the law stops us.

What is promised

We keep the service running and fix what breaks, and we do not promise it never will. Liability is limited to what the law allows and to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence.

Changes and law

We will tell you by email before terms that affect you change, and the change takes effect on the date in that email. The law of Germany applies, and consumer protections in the country you live in still apply.
